My oh my time flies when you are having 'fun'. It's a good thing these two are so stinking cute, because...wow! This is really hard! Twins are A LOT of work, I mean A LOT of work. I'd be lying if I said I'm loving every minute of this, I could really do without being up all night every night..for the last 8 weeks. But I am sure loving every minute of the daytime...for some reason sleep deprivation is a lot easier to handle when the sun is up. Why do I live in Vermont, where the sun never shines in the winter? These sweet little babes have yet to really figure out that night time means we sleep. I really, really miss sleep. Like, really. Sleep or no sleep, we are so in love with these boys. They have managed to make my heart grow in ways I never thought possible. They are perfect. Completely perfect.

Drew Benjamin Kofford

4 pounds 7 ouncesThe challenges this pregnancy brought became a distant memory the second these 2 entered the world! My heart instantly grew, and we are completely in love with every piece of them.
Nate and I had planned a night out together to go to dinner & a movie. I had a doctor's appointment that we went to first where we found out our date night was going to be a night in labor & delivery instead!

Happy Halloween
We had such a fun Halloween this year! Chase was so excited about everything, it made it so much more fun. Chase painted his own pumpkin this year, if I do say so myself, I think it was a masterpiece!

one day at a time
We have been so lucky to have Nate's Grandma Kofford come out and take care of us for the last 4 weeks! She has saved us more than she will ever know. At 79 years old, she feeds us, cares for Chase, cleans our house, does the grocery shopping, oh did I mention she feeds us? Because of her feeding us such amazing meals everyday, I have her to thank for my steady incline on the scale....I know it has to be done, but I'm seeing numbers I have never seen before-yikes!
