We have so much catching up to do, I don't even know where to begin. Summer is way too much fun to be sitting in front of the computer, so getting myself motivated to catch up on my blog has been difficult. My mom has not so subtly reminded me every day that I needed to update:)

I don't have any pics from this, but Nate and I celebrated our 8th wedding anniversary on Sunday! I love you babe! For sure, the best 8 years of my life!!!

I have been taking more video lately than pictures because Chase is just too darn funny. I have 4...that's right, 4 videos of the monster below! We think they're pretty funny!

We miss you all, and wish more than anything that you could be here to watch our little man grow! We think he is pretty amazing. I hope the videos help make it feel like we're not so far away! Come visit us!!!

he did it!

We may be a little behind on the huge announcement, but on June 30th Chase finally started walking! This was the big night, too cute!

where did he go?

Seriously....could he be any cuter? He is such a little ham!

mommy's little helper

whatever keeps him entertained:)

I never knew the word "no" could sound so cute!

100 miles...no problem

Way to go Nate! Nate and some of his great friends just got done riding a 100 mile bike race in honor of my sister who is so courageously fighting breast cancer!

Chase was very helpful feeding his daddy oranges when we stopped to cheer him on!

But a snuggle from his best bud was all Nate needed to finish up the last 30 miles!

Way to go boys! You rock!!!

Cape Cod

We were able to go down to Cape Cod for the 4th of July! I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Despite the big C throwing up twice on the way down, yuck...and both of our i-phones taking a dip in the ocean, we still managed to have a great trip! The entire beach was watching Chase splashing in the water, he of course loved the attention!

Poor little man was a little sick the entire time, so when he was done, he was DONE! All he wanted was his mommy, it made me smile!

We had so much fun getting out of town for the weekend! A big thanks to Kate and her family for inviting us to enjoy the 4th with them!
